Camp Daily Schedule

Monday March 16th - Friday March 20th, 2020

9:00 - 9:30 AM Camper Drop Off

9:30 - 10:30 AM Guitar

10:30 - 10:45 AM Snack

10:45 - 11:45 AM Dance

11:45 - 12:45 PM Lunch

12:45 - 1:45 Voice

1:45 - 2:00 PM Snack

2:00 - 2:30 PM Drums

2:30 - 4:00 PM Band Practice

4:00 PM Camper Pickup

Please provide your child with a daily lunch and snacks. A pizza lunch will be provided on the Friday. The last hour of camp on Friday will also be our campers live performance of their original songs and parents are encouraged to attend and watch their performance.

Camp Cost

The camp cost is $240.00 per camper or $199.00 for our early bird pricing (before February 14th)

This includes:

• Guitar and drum rental for your child

• CD & Personalized Cover to take home

• Recording session

• Camp T-shirt

• Friday Pizza Lunch & Snacks

Location

Camp location will not be at our studio in Kitchener.

Payment

Once you have completed your child’s registration form please pay for your child’s camp cost to reserve their spot. We accept payment via

• Cash

• Cheque

• E-transfer to AriaMusicAcademy@outlook.com

• Or direct payment via PayPal:

Payment must be received before 11:59 PM on February 14th to receive the early bird discount.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel please contact us at AriaMusicAcademy@outlook.com as soon as possible.

Refunds will be honoured however, with at least 2 weeks notice to camp start date you will still be charged 20% of the camp cost as an administrative fee. If less than two weeks notice you will be charged 45% of the camp fee. No refunds will be applied with less than 48 hours notice.
